This beautiful and angelic heart shaped Porcelain easel mirror decorated with cherubs and floral sprays was made in Sitzendorf, in a German porcelain factory of the same name, which was a very well-known manufacturer of the period. The mirror has an easel support on the back, as well as a ring to hang it on the wall. The detailing of the applied flowers and winged cherubs are intricate and well done. The bevelled plate glass is original with just a small amount of foxing around one side, which does not detract from the piece. It measures 11 in 28 cm wide, 4 in 10 cm deep and 14 in 35.5 cm in height.
